Group visits

We have provided group surfing sessions both in our current form and previously as "West Wales Windsurfing" for companies such as Centrica, Inter Varsities Club (Oxford and Cambridge), Private groups for stag and hen Parties, birthday/ celebration outings, various public schools (Eton College etc. ) as well as air cadets, sea scouts and the armed forces.

We are experienced in providing mixed packages of fun taster sessions, tuition and supervised hire to include either structured courses or hints/tips and lifeguard cover for mixed ability groups. We have SOLA beginners to intermediate boards in various sizes to suit.

A photo option is also available on request (weather dependent!) and pictures of your session can be purchased from our galleries.

A 10% discount applies off standard prices to adult groups of over 6 doing the same sport. Rates for larger groups (corporate, social parties, clubs, schools etc.) will be geared to your particular requirements and budget so please e-mail for details.

Before booking Please phone to check availability and discuss any special requirements or medical issues etc.

1. Fill in booking forms (If a family you can put everyone on one form but please fill in all details, ages, any medical issues etc.) For groups the group leader can fill in one form and provide a list of names and then bring completed booking forms to the session. (Please notify any special requirements or medical conditions in advance.)

2. Send off forms to St. Ishmaels address with payment for deposit of £100 (full amount if less than 30 days to course date), by cheque or postal order or pay online by BACs transfer. (Many clients pay full amount in advance to minimise administration later on.)

3. We will confirm your booking and receipt in writing and provide information on timetabling, what to wear, what to bring, meeting places etc.

4. For group bookings please keep us informed of numbers so that we can ensure cover. Numbers can usually be altered up to a day or two before the session as long as we know.
