2 hour​ Taster/fun session ... Families and groups (4/5 people) = (£39 p.p.)

A two hour fun practical session to learn about safety, the board and basic paddling and steering.

Half day structured learn to Paddle lesson: = (£55 per person) (reduced rate p.p. for families and groups)  5 persons max.

A two and a half hour fun introduction to paddleboarding . This is a guide to the essential surfboard skills of paddling, board control and safety. Kneeling to begin with then progressing to stand up techniques and a short tour to finish the session.

Sessions are held on the most suitable beach on the day .. usually the base at r a sheltered bay on the Milford Haven waterway. (Can incorporate "Secret River Paddle tours" = (£55) with a chance of seeing egrets, seals, otters, herons, kites and buzzards) 

Guideline ages 12 yrs. and upwards.
